Everything below reaches a person. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot.
1. Did you fill in somebody's form?
Then please contact the person or organisation whose form you filled in, not us. Your answers belong to them: we store the data on their behalf and cannot amend or delete it on your request. If you cannot work out who they are, write to us anyway and we will help you identify them where we can. The Privacy Policy explains why.
2. Direct contact channels
We do not run a generic support inbox or a ticket desk. Pick the address that fits what you are asking about so your message reaches the right person directly:

Questions about your account, a plan, a payment or an invoice.

Access, correction, export or deletion requests, and anything about this policy.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Tell us here first and give us a chance to fix it.
3. Faster than writing to us
Several things you might email about, you can already do yourself directly in the app:
- Export your responses. Inbox → Export CSV. It includes signed links to every uploaded file and signature.
- Delete your account and everything in it. Settings → delete account. Scheduled, not immediate — signing in within 30 days cancels it.
- A payment that did not apply. Settings → Billing → re-check with the payment provider. That asks our server to confirm the purchase directly, which fixes the case where a confirmation went missing.
- Understand a charge. Settings → Credits shows every run and what it cost.
4. What we cannot do by email
- Modify respondent data. Change or delete a response on behalf of somebody who filled in a form — see section 1 above.
- Restore deleted accounts. Recover a deleted account. Deletion removes the workspace and its contents permanently; there is no backup to restore from.
- Reset passwords manually. Reset a password for you. Use the “Forgot?” link on the sign-in page.
